I'g a 125lb five'2" Female single sleeper. Purchase a S&F McKee mattress with confidence this business firm mattress would terminal me over 10yrs! Five years later experiencing sag down the middle. Not skilful especially for a single sleeper. Can't sleep on sides every bit I curl into the eye. Edges are the simply place that I can find what'south left of any compactness but sleep with slant towards middle. My bed frame had great support which wouldn't be cause for this mattress defect.

Spent a fortune a year ago on this firm mattress - since purchasing information technology - horrible low back hurting and my husband is having neuropathy in his arms. Our experience is nearly identical to other folks who, like u.s.a., fabricated the terrible mistake of purchasing a Stearns and Foster Lux Estate "pillow top" hybrid California rex mattress. We bought it Mattress Firm. We discovered how bad our showtime one was and had them deliver a replacement. The 2nd 1 was just as bad then we "traded up". It is a lengthy story and so to "speed it upward a flake" we ended up spending $5600.00 on their all-time mattress within this category of mattress. Like the previous others the mattress sagged downwards on the side that my wife sleeps on. It created so much back and hip pain that she couldn't sleep more than than iv hours a nighttime. We had the store director and well as "Stearns" technician examine it and they couldn't, they said, find annihilation wrong. The tech from Stearns suggested we get a blanket and fold information technology over until we had raised the mattress near two inches higher the length of the bed to compensate for the slant.
At present my wife weighs a whopping 107 lbs at 5' 3" alpine so her weight wasn't a factor. My side of the bed was actually worse. The edge of the bed was so broken down that I couldn't sit down on information technology. I actually fell out of bed several times hitting my nightstand and damaging my lamp and various other pieces non to mention the bruises I sustained. Every time I visited the Stearns warranty website or viewed comments from other people with the same bug I became and so disheartened that I didn't follow through and file a merits. It isn't the $80.00 fee they charge to transport one of their warranty people out to look at it but I've never had to pay a company to cheque a defective product before. That, and the experiences of people who did and rarely, if any, received the "defective" production judgment and a replacement mattress made me feel like "what's the use!" Even if nosotros got a replacement I think nosotros'd only be getting the aforementioned "piece of junk" like nosotros did on the previous two occasions.
I never did my due diligence before buying because we has owned a Stearns and Foster mattress many years earlier and it was a quality production. Of course that was before the company sold out and merged and began cranking out the inferior products g they call mattresses. Times are tough for nigh folks today and as seniors on fixed incomes nosotros are no exception. Together, with all the health issues we accept to deal with and a mattress that has made our spines feel horrible, it would seem that the only option nosotros have left is to go mattress shopping again. Ane affair is certain, it volition not exist at Mattress Firm and may our eyes never gaze upon some other Stearns and Foster product again. Take our advice and stay articulate unless y'all're willing to spend tons of money on a really terrible product with a warranty that isn't worth the paper it's written on.

Purchased a Stearns and Foster mattress because of the salesman's recommendation at our local article of furniture shop. Mattress felt incredible on prove room floor and had a 10 year warranty. Later on five years the top layers started to pause down and afterward 7 information technology was unusable (sank down additional 6-7 inches when laying on.). They use a laughable test to determine if mattress should be replaced, which protects them from continuing behind their warranty. We will never purchases from them over again, $2,600 wasted on a mattress.

I bought king mattress in June 2020. After iv months they got saggy large deep. The mattress is Rockwell. They didn't want to work with me subsequently submitting all pictures and info. Mattress Firm sent me electronic mail of denial. Don't buy from Mattress Firm or Stearns & Foster. Both worst company to validate your warranty. I spent $ three,000.00 And they compare to 400 dollars mattress.

My experience is horrible!! I bought the Hurston Luxury queen size mattress. It looked like information technology was sank downward in the center as presently as it delivered!! The first night

This company provides Stearns and Foster, Sealy, and Tempur-Pedic mattresses. This company is the virtually unethical, dishonest business that I take encountered. I purchased a Stearns and Foster (South&F) mattress. The mattress was defective and literally cruel apart. The springs ripped through the material and were sticking out of the mattress. After much fourth dimension and much dorsum and forth with S&F S&F finally agreed to replace my defective mattress which was notwithstanding under warranty. South&F told me they would supercede my mattress which was no longer bachelor with the then electric current model that was equivalent to my defective mattress. However, as a precondition of giving me that to which I was legally entitled (replacement of my defective nether warranty), South&F blackmailed me into signing a general release.
This release signed away all rights I would have had against S&F, including the impairment to my back resulting from having to sleep on exposed mattress springs. S&F refused to supplant my defective mattress unless I signed the general release. South&F told me that the replacement mattress was the and so current model that was equivalent to my defective mattress. This was outright fraud. My defective mattress was a high end mattress. I learned later that the replacement mattress was a inexpensive model and was absolutely Not the and so current model that was equivalent to my defective mattress. I have emails from Southward&F confirming that the cheap replacement mattress was not the equivalent model to my defective mattress and that a college finish mattress was the the then current model that was equivalent to my defective mattress.
When I contacted Due south&F about their fraud, Southward&F replied that in that location was nothing I could practise because I had signed the general release, regardless of the fact that I had signed information technology under duress and based upon S&F'due south fraudulent representations. I highly recommend that you stay as far away every bit you can from Stearns and Foster, Sealy, and Tempur-Pedic mattresses. As far as I am concerned, the company ripped me off and committed fraud.

Nosotros bought our Stearns & Foster pillow height about 2 years ago. The sagging is horrible and and so are the dorsum aches. Bought it through Raymour and Flanigan furniture store. They sent a Stearns and Foster inspector to our abode. Said the indentation was simply i inch and we needed another 1/2 inch to authorize for a new mattress.
3500 for this slice of junk! So at present until it gets worse, nosotros are sleeping in separate rooms so ONE of u.s.a. tin slumber on the "better" half. Imagine that? Too the mattress weighs prob 300 lbs (estimate). Heavier than you can even imagine. Had a very hard fourth dimension getting it up into our room and turning it is not like shooting fish in a barrel. They had to use huge ties and fold the mattress totally in one-half (the 2nd coiffure the 2nd day) to get information technology up the stairs. A bad choice from day one. Nosotros practice not want to EAT 3500! So nosotros are hoping the indentation will go worse sooner than after and accept the inspector come back. Hope this helps I person! Do not buy this mattress! We are open up for suggestions, mayhap a Casper mattress next.?

Unfortunately, my experience is terrible. I paid proficient coin for faulty production and the WORST affair near it is that they won't do anything to rectify the situation. The mattress has either broken springs and/or faulty foam top application merely it has been bad since two weeks after I bought it. I slumber alone on information technology and cannot sleep as you lot can experience the lumps!!! No other way to say it!!! I have called, emailed and no response. Why can I pay full price and they not stand behind their product? That is poor service to say the least. I want this fixed!! Who will assist me?

It's hard to believe that the first expensive mattress that we now CAN beget is the worst one we've e'er owned! This seemingly well built, plush mattress is nothing merely a simulated. It sags in each area with my husband and I, we are not heavy. And the sag stays. What's worse is the agonized in our backs that never goes away throughout the day. We dreaded going to bed!! It'due south as if every force per unit area point that is supposed to be supported does exactly the opposite. THAT is how bad this bed is.
It also looks similar afterward less than two years, nosotros lost our money. The warranty plan seems hopeless based on others' reviews. I'yard so frustrated considering this thing weighs a ton, and my married man is very strong. It's impossible to move around. I tried to flip information technology hoping we could become relief. Mistake.. I looked upward how to remove the pillow superlative merely what a pain in the **. $2700 down the drain... It's not similar mattresses sell great secondhand to recover some of our investment. My husband got this at Macy's. Save your coin and go elsewhere!
